Empowering Women Entrepreneurs (EWE) Program
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to help bring our mission to life. Interns will gain hands-on experience in non-profit operations, program development, and community engagement while contributing to the success of our flashship program.
What is EWE About?
The EWE program is a transformative initiative that combines practical experience with a supportive learning environment. Participants will engage in real-world projects that align with their entrepreneurial aspirations, enabling them to apply their skills in meaningful ways. This program goes beyond traditional learning; it’s about fostering a community of ambitious women who uplift each other while pursuing their goals.
Hands-On Projects
Interns will work on impactful WLN initiatives, such as supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with event planning, and conducting research for our Insight Hub programs. These projects are designed to provide valuable experience while directly contributing to our mission.
Skill Development
Participants will enhance their business acumen through workshops and training sessions focused on critical skills such as project management, marketing strategies, and effective communication. This holistic approach ensures that each intern leaves the program with a robust toolkit for success.
Mentorship & Guidance
Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide personalized support, insights, and encouragement throughout the program. Our mentors are experienced professionals dedicated to guiding young women on their entrepreneurial journeys.
Community Building
The EWE program fosters a supportive network where participants can connect with fellow entrepreneurs, share experiences, and build lasting relationships. This sense of community is integral to our mission, as we recognize that collaboration and support are vital to achieving success.
